Sometimes, all we need is someone who truly listens—without judging, analyzing, or giving unsolicited advice. An empathy session provides exactly that space. Here, you can express whatever is on your mind while being accompanied with mindful presence. It is a safe space where you can connect with what is alive in you.

These sessions are not coaching or therapy but an opportunity to feel yourself more clearly. They offer space to sort through your thoughts, become aware of your emotions, and understand your needs on a deeper level. Empathy can support you in letting go of old patterns, recognizing inner blocks, and discovering new possibilities for action.

From my own experience, I can say that empathy sessions can help heal past and present wounds, ease depressive moods, gain inner clarity for decisions, or question judgments about yourself and others. Empathy allows you to reconnect with your own strength.

About Me

I completed my Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer training at the Hamburg Institute for Nonviolent Communication and the Forum Demokratie Düsseldorf. Currently, I am in the certification process with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC) and participating in an intensive trainer training with Yoram Mosenzon. Besides my work as an NVC trainer, I also work at the University of Witten/Herdecke.

To further develop my skills in empathetic listening and gain valuable experience, I offer these empathy sessions free of charge. For me, they are an opportunity to deepen my presence and sensitivity—while also creating a space for openness and genuine connection.

Nonviolent Communication has profoundly changed my life. It has helped me let go of old patterns, show up more authentically, and build deeper connections. I would love to share this experience—as an invitation to reconnect with yourself and others.

Online-Sessions (Zoom):

📍 Monday: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

📍 Tuesdays: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM or 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM

The empathy sessions are free of charge. All conversations are treated confidentially

Duration:

Each session lasts about 60–90 minutes. Please set aside 90 minutes for the appointment.

To make this experience available to as many people as possible, I offer one session per person.
